During these times of stress, deep concerns, and
the barrage of headlines regarding the dangerous C-virus that seem to
engulf us, I remind myself that we are not alone in this struggle. And
even if you are living alone, remember you have not been abandoned or
forsaken.
While visiting Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris a few years ago, I
encountered a scene that has stayed in my mind and heart to this very
day. Seeing this beautiful moment captured my heart; two couples
lighting candles while remembering those in need, those we love, those
for whom we have promised to light those candles of faith, hope and
love - to bring loving comfort and to bless the future with hope.
May peace and blessings always reside in your lives and hearts.
